The team at Hormone Wellness MD strives to provide its patients with the most effective and medically advanced techniques available. The medical team is there for you and will do whatever it takes to improve your stomach health and provide a path for continued health moving forward.

Additionally, when we speak over the phone our coordinators will also have a few questions for you so they can get an idea of all the ways that Hormone Wellness MD may be able to improve your health. We will likely have a few initial recommendations on potential treatment methods and will use it to help decide whether we are the right fit for you, and vice-versa!

Please note that office hours are by appointment only. However, we understand that there is no way to predict the urgent health matters life may throw your way, so we make time in our schedule to accommodate same day and urgent appointments.

Please call before coming in, and set a realistic time so that you can make it on time. When requesting an appointment for an urgent matter, you should CALL the office. DO NOT EMAIL us for same-day appointments as we cannot guarantee you a timely response.

In Alabama, Kate offers both in-person and virtual appointments. In-person Alabama appointments are available on Wednesdays only.

  4. Before booking, please verify that you are scheduling an appointment that corresponds with the state where you will be physically located at the time of your visit.
