Meet the host!
Dr. Polly Watson is a board certified OBGYN who has additional training in menopausal medicine, sexual medicine and functional medicine.
She looks forward to sharing her knowledge with you to help find a solution to address the imbalance in your system and restore your health.
In 2019 I left my job as an employed physician with a large organization and started Hormone Wellness MD. I started with no staff working out of a single room. Since then, my staff has grown to a team of 5 and we’ve helped over 1,100 people on their health journey.

Meet the Guest Speaker!
Blair Watson is a seasoned physical therapist and the owner of Blair Watson Physical Therapy LLC in Cary, North Carolina. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Physical Therapy school, Blair further honed her expertise through a PT residency at Georgetown University Hospital, where she earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification and certification in Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT).
Blair has a passion for helping adults overcome orthopedic, chronic pain, and pelvic health conditions, such as urinary incontinence and painful sex. She specializes in utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and dry needling to support her patients’ healing and recovery. Her approach blends hands-on care with therapeutic exercise, helping individuals return to a pain-free, active lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, Blair stays active with competitive weightlifting, pickleball, hiking, and creating art projects.
I believe in the importance of giving patients time and a listening ear to facilitate healing.
