We love Remedy Movement! It’s a pilates studio founded by Melissa Kakavas. Earlier this year, we hosted a fantastic in-person event with Remedy Movement Pilates Studio in Raleigh, and we highly recommend them for pilates and fitness.
Our Menopause Myth Busters evening brought together women from all around to learn, laugh, and support each other. Dr. Polly Watson and Kate Willis, NP-C, guided us through the many ways menopause affects the entire body—not just with hot flashes and night sweats! We discussed the latest insights on hormone replacement therapy, inflammation, and how estrogen impacts the immune system. The night was complete with a non-alcoholic adaptogenic cocktail, healthy snacks, and plenty of empowering conversation.
A portion of the proceeds supported Interact Family Safety and Empowerment Center, adding even more meaning to our gathering.
